Answers to our most common asked questions:

Q: How many FREE prints can I have?

A: You may choose one print from each free print offer and a maximum of 2 prints per customer order. Any order containing more than 2 FREE prints will be cancelled.

 

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: We aim to have your order printed and posted within 48 hours, however that isn't always possible as I also work full time and have a family of 5 children to run around after! Your order should therefore arrive within 2-10 working days.

 

Q: it has been over 10 working days and my order still hasn't arrived, what can I do?

A: Send us a message via our Facebook page or via the Contact Us page and we will check the order and resend another one out if required, no hassle.

 

Q: My order has arrived damaged, will you replace it?

A: Once we receive a picture of the damaged item we will ask you to cut it up and send us that proof also, once we receive that we will happily resend new identical prints for you.
